LINC English Classes Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada

This program is for adult immigrants, convention refugees, and permanent residents
who have not yet recieved Canadian Citizenship from Citizenship & Immigration Canada.
LINC teaches English as a second language to newcomers with information to access employment, education and community services.
