When you join TESL Ontario, you automatically become a member of TESL Ontario, TESL Canada and your Local TESL Affiliate.TESL London members are mainly English Language instructors, though anyone with an interest in the field can join.

The TESL Ontario Language Instructor Accreditation is designed primarily for those wishing to teach in publicly funded English language instruction programs for adult newcomers to Ontario, namely LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) and ELT (Enhanced Language Training).

Post-TESL Certificate Training (PTCT)  is training in specialized language instruction.  It builds on a foundation of professional knowledge and skills established in TESL certificate training and developed through classroom practice.

In addition to professional development and networking opportunities,TESL London members enjoy a number of other benefits, including reduced conference rates, discounts at retail stores and tourist attractions, and group insurance. 

Getting involved with TESL London is a great way to serve your community, network, and gain PD credits! TESL London is always looking for members who will offer their time and expertise to build up our professional community by serving on a committee.

TESL London wants to encourage and support the professional development of TESL members. On a yearly basis, TESL London will pay the conference registration fee and/or travel expenses for up to four TESL London members to attend an out-of-town conference. Each year TESL London will also cover the expenses for 1 presenter.
